Well, she called today and they said due to a deliquent account at our address, they are unable to open an account. Then they refused to tell her what was deliquent.
This is the first time I have received this one from EX. My gut tells me to wait the 30 days plus mailing time and then demand deletion. Is this correct or do I need to provide the info they are requesting?
I have been lurking on several boards for months now, trying to absorb it all.
