The funny thing is.. it is reporting to EX already! This is how I found out my CL!! I was told would receive in a couple of weeks. They pulled their CR on 9/5 and it is already reporting!!
They served a secretary at a firm I used to work at who left it with someone who gave it to me.
To date I have disputed with all three Credit Reporting agencies your provided information.

Okay filed my first case in small claims, will settle for $600 less then what I am asking , but I am actually kinda hoping for it to go to court because I think the case would be a great learning experience, plus I have two more cases against the CRAs in which I will only file in a civil court.
